BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The search for a job can be daunting, and for many people, drafting a resume or other necessary skills are difficult for them.

Career Team and the South Central Workforce Development Board are working to get individuals connected with other community resources that can help them be successful in finding long-term job solutions.

Partnership ambassador Shannon Gottke says that her job is building bridges between people and the resources they need to help them successfully navigate every aspect of getting a job.

“I say it with confidence that if I can’t help you, I know somebody that can. We you know, with our our board, our partners, we can always direct you to the help that you need. And it is available for anyone,” Gottke said.

Career Team works in tandem with a variety of other local and regional resources including the International Center, SCWDB, Kentucky Career Center and Goodwill.
