Billboard competition winners announced
HANNIBAL — Area professional and non-professional artists were invited to submit images of original works for the 10th annual ART IN THE OPEN billboard art competition. There were 142 entries submitted this year, including 47 in the Youth Division and 95 entries in the Adult Division.
