TUESDAY, OCT. 29: Beef and bean chili, oven-roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread/butter, skim milk, pineapple tidbits, substitute: tilapia with lemon butter

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 30: Fish patty, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, coleslaw, whole-grain hamburger bun, skim milk, seasonal fruit, substitute: beef patty with au jus

THURSDAY, OCT. 31: Swiss steak, Egyptian lentils and rice, spinach, wheat bread, skim milk, apple pie, substitute: turkey with gravy

FRIDAY, NOV. 1: Chicken enchiladas (three) with enchilada sauce, black beans, chuckwagon corn, whole-grain dinner roll, skim milk, banana, substitute: fish
