Cellecor Gadgets share price hit the upper price band in Friday’s trading session to quote at Rs 262.60 per share on the SME NSE after the company announced its standalone audited financial results for the six months and financial year ended on March 31, 2024. The consumer electronics company reported nearly 100 per cent increase in its PAT during the half-year ended March 31, 2024, led by higher income. The NSE-listed firm said that its net profit in the period under review stood at Rs 9.07 crore as against Rs 4.7 crore reported in the half-year ended March 31, 2023.
For the half-year ended September 30, 2023, the company said that it had posted a net profit of Rs 7.02 crore. According to an earnings statement by the company, its net profit for the year ended March 31, 2024 stood at Rs 16.09 crore as against Rs 8.07 crore reported for the year ended March 31, 2023.
The firm’s income from operations for the half-year ended March 31, 2024, grew to Rs 290.8 crore from Rs 150.8 crore reported during the half-year ended March 31, 2023. For the half-year ended September 9, 2023, the company reported its income from operations at Rs 209.7 crore.
For year ended March 31, 2024, Cellecor Gadgets said that its total income surged to Rs 500.5 crore from Rs 264.3 crore that it had posted for the year ended March 31, 2023. The company said that it has a total asset worth Rs 185.8 crore as on March 31, 2024.
Cellecor Gadgets is engaged in the procurement, branding, and distribution of televisions, mobile phones, Smart Wearables, mobile accessories, smart watches and neckbands. The company had launched its IPO in September 2023. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of 55.19 lakh shares and its shares got listed with Emerge platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Cellecor recently made a strategic decision to broaden its selection of electronic goods and gadgets. The firm expanded its product range to tap the consumer electronics market.
