Cheer’s Monica Aldama Is Being Sued for Allegedly Concealing Up Sexual Assault

A lawsuit has been filed against American cheering coach Monica Aldama, who is accused of covering up sexual assaults. Allegations say that she told a girl to keep quiet after she told her that she had been abused.

Page Six got court documents that said Madi Lane, a cheerleader at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas, was sexually attacked by her teammate Salvatore “Salvo” Amico.

Lane remembers that the attack happened after a night of partying when her roommate brought a group of men back to their dorm. Even though she left the group and tried to fall asleep, Amico supposedly got into her bed and started ripping her clothes off with force.

Lane went to Aldama after the attack and told her what had happened. The second person is said to have said, “Let’s not make this a big deal. I want the best for you, and I will help you cheer wherever you want.”
