Christine Baumgartner Rails Against ‘Complete Joke’ Child Support and Vows to Fight on in Court

Christine Baumgartner was very upset about a child support decision that cut her monthly payments from $129,000 to just $63,000. She called the decision a “complete joke.”

Christine Baumgartner and Kevin Costner, who used to be a couple, are getting ready for another court battle over their total legal costs, which have skyrocketed to $1.5 million.

This court showdown is set for Wednesday, and it will decide who will pay for the attorney fees.

Baumgartner wants Costner to give her $575,000 to pay for her lawyer and another $280,000 to pay for expert bills.

Costner, on the other hand, has racked up $664,000 in legal fees through July and plans to pay for them on his own.

This legal fight started after a two-day hearing about child support, where Baumgartner asked for her monthly payment to go up from $129,000 to $161,000.

But in a surprise turn of events, Judge Thomas Anderle decided that the new monthly support would be $63,000. This left Baumgartner and everyone else in the room shocked.

A close friend of Baumgartner said that she was shocked by the court’s ruling and that even Kevin Costner seemed surprised by it.

Baumgartner’s friend talked about how she sees things, pointing out that she thinks Kevin Costner and his legal team made her look like a weak, money-hungry person.
