JEFFERSONVILLE — On Tuesday, Dec. 5, The Clark County Youth Shelter will hold its 20th Annual Holiday Celebrity Waiter Dinner at The Foundry, 200 Missouri Avenue.

The event, presented by Shoe Sensation, features a dinner and silent auction from a number of area donors. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. and will bring in nearly 400 supporters from the community. There are a few tickets left. To obtain a ticket, call the shelter at 812-284-5229.

Ashley Braswell, CCYSFS assistant director said, “Our staff and volunteers have worked diligently to make this event a huge success. We are so ecstatic to be in a new, beautiful location that will seat even more of our friends and supporters. Over the last 10 years, this event has evolved so much!”

Last year the event raised over $61,000 for the Shelter and the staff hope to make this year’s event another record breaker.
