BENSON – Fall is in the air, with temps cooling off, it was a perfect day for the Classic Cars Off Main Fall show on September 21 at Lion’s Park.
Car enthusiasts were treated to 88 of the finest local cars, trucks, and motorcycles, seeking to be tops in nine categories.
People’s Choice went to Joe Dyer of Huachuca City in a 1953 Chevy five-window truck
People’s Choice Motorcycle was won by Loyal Gephart Jr. of St. David for his 2002 Harley Davidson Deuce.
Kids Choice was Jon a 2015 Chevy Corvette shown by Vergason Vail.
Truck Winners award went to Gilbert Meltredt Benson with a 1960 Chevy L60.
The Pre-1970 Winner was Ed Weed of Sierra Vista in a creamy yellow 1953 Studebaker Champion.
Garrett Robert’s 1951 Chevy pickup Rat Rod Winner from Benson was Best Rat Rod.
The winner in the Best 2001-Current category was Larry Caughtrey with a classy black 2005 Jaguar Super V8.
