CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Police are asking for help in identifying the suspect who was breaking into cars and stealing property on the city’s East side.

Cleveland police said the man was caught on surveillance camera in the area of E. 143rd Street and Lakeshore Blvd.

The break-ins happened on May 16 between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.

He was wearing shorts and boots and has tattoos on his throat.
