Shen gave a speech, stating that over the past 59 years, cooperation between China and France has continued to deepen in various fields. In April of this year, President Xi Jinping and President Macron held talks, opening up new bright prospects for Sino-French relations in the new era.
Shen pointed out that media has played a crucial role throughout the years of mutual understanding and friendship between the people of China and France. “Today, CMG, in collaboration with various media and institutions, including the French National Television Group, launched multiple film and television co-production projects, with the hope that these high-quality productions can provide a stronger bridge for people from the two nations.”
Shen also said CMG is willing to take the 60th anniversary of China-France diplomatic relations and the Paris Olympics as opportunities to further strengthen cooperation with French media organizations in multiple areas, contributing to the deepening of the new era of friendship between China and France and the long-term stability and development of Sino-French relations.
