At CES 2024 in Las Vegas, the automotive industry witnessed an unveiling set to redefine premium vehicles’ interior. Continental, in collaboration with Swarovski Mobility, has introduced the world’s first Crystal Center Display, merging cutting-edge microLED technology with the sheer elegance of Swarovski crystal.

Imagine a 10-inch (~25 centimeters) display seamlessly embedded within a crystal housing, its content appearing to float within this meticulously crafted piece.

Dr. Boris Mergell, head of Continental’s User Experience business area, emphasized, “We’re not just presenting information; we’re crafting a personalized experience, redefining the essence of vehicle interiors.”

What sets this display apart isn’t just its technological prowess but its transformative impact on automotive design. The facet-cut crystal, a brainchild of Swarovski Mobility, mesmerizes with its three-dimensional form, offering designers a canvas to redefine minimalist luxury in car interiors.
