
(WHTM)– The 2024 Lexus NX 350h is one of those vehicles that looks bigger than it really is.
Based on the Toyota Rav 4 platform, it packs a lot of luxury into that short wheelbase. Optional 20-inch wheels really dress it up.
A 2.5-liter gasoline engine, coupled with an electric motor, produces 240 horsepower for good performance. We got about 38 miles per gallon.
Redesigned two years ago the interior is unchanged. Other than a confusing heads-up display it all works pretty well. While many functions work through the touch screen there’s a central knob for audio.
The continuously variable transmission has a console-mounted selector.

Row two is roomier than I thought it would be. The cargo hold is smaller than some competitors.
The ride is noisy for a luxury brand but overall road manners are good.
So for the 2024 Lexus NX 350h, all-wheel-drive, I say thumbs up to the luxurious interior, excellent gas mileage, and roomy row two. Thumbs down to the smaller cargo space.
