THIS ACCIDENT TAKING PLACE AROUND 130 THIS MORNING, SPRING GROVE AVENUE REMAINS SHUT DOWN AT DOOLEY AND DANE AS CINCINNATI POLICE ALONG WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT, CONTINUE WORKING THROUGH THE SCENE. AGAIN, TAKING PLACE AT 130 THIS MORNING. FIRE HAS BEEN ON SCENE FOR ABOUT FOUR HOURS, WORKING TO REMOVE THE VICTIM FROM THIS CAR. NOW, AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT CONFIRMING THE CONDITION OF THAT VICTIM. BUT AGAIN, REPORTING CORONER IS ON SCENE. EMERGENCY PERSONNEL HAVE BEEN WORKING TO REMOVE THAT VICTIM FROM ABOUT FOUR HOURS NOW. WHAT WE UNDERSTAND, THIS INCIDENT BEGINS WITH THE TRAFFIC STOP FROM CINCINNATI. POLICE CONTINUE GOING ON HERE TO THIS LOCATION NOW, RIGHT NOW, WE UNDERSTAND THE DRIVER OF THAT VEHICLE NOT COOPERATING WITH OFFICERS CONTINUED ON, SLAMMING INTO THE BUILDING. AND AT THIS TIME REMAINS INSIDE OF THAT CAR. NOW, AS POLICE AND FIRE CONTINUE THEIR WORK ON SCENE, CINCINNATI POLICE TRAFFIC UNIT IS HERE AS WELL. THEY’LL BE WORKING TO RECONSTRUCT THIS SCENE, WORKING TO DETERMINE WHAT FACTORS MAY HAVE PLAYED A ROLE IN THIS ACCIDENT. Cincinnati police are investigating after a crash in Northside.The Hamilton County Coroner has been called to the scene on Spring Grove Avenue after a car hit a building.It happened around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning and road remains shutdown as Cincinnati fire officials continue to work to remove the victim from the vehicle.Officials say it began as a traffic stop with Cincinnati police but the driver of the vehicle did not cooperate with officers and continued to drive away from police.This is a developing story and will be updated when we learn more information.
