DHL Supply Chain (USA) and one of its drivers will face a woman’s negligence claim stemming from a traffic accident after the Sixth Circuit revived her suit.

Malory Zajdel and her husband sued Exel Inc., doing business as DHL, and freight truck driver Matthew Paul Bohland following the car accident in Michigan. The US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit reversed the district court’s grant of summary judgment order in favor of the company on Nov. 17.
