AUTOMOTIVE technology and services provider Cox Automotive Australia has recognised winners and teams across 14 categories as high performers for 2023 at its recent annual Autos Awards.
Winners and finalists were adjudicated by a panel consisting of Cox Automotive executive leadership team members.
Staff awards ceremonies that were held in-person and simulcast online to all Cox Automotive offices and Manheim sites across Australia and New Zealand.
In a statement, Cox Automotive said: “These awards provide the opportunity for people across Cox’s business units to come together and acknowledge those who’ve gone above-and-beyond.”
Winners were adjudicated by a panel comprising senior Cox Automotive management from both Australia and New Zealand.
The winner of the CEO award was Mirabella Stammers, senior legal counsel. The company said she was recognised for her “significant contribution to our business and truly living our values. As a trusted advisor to our executive team, her commercial acumen, customer focus and professionalism were applauded”.
Cox Automotive Australia HR director Silvia Balovcikova said: “Each year our nearly 600 team members across Cox Automotive Australia and New Zealand come together to celebrate the people that make the business great. I wish to congratulate the winners and nominees of all 14 awards, who have lived and breathed each of our company values.

The 14 categories and prize winners are as follows:
- CEO Award – Mirabella Stammers, senior legal counsel
- Customer Experience Award – Sathees Krishnamenon, IT support
- Hidden Hero Award – Gary Watson, strategic planning manager
- Bringing Out The Best In Everyone Award – Alysha Barron, administration manager
- Rising Star Award – Hannah Hodgetts, product operations coordinator
- Leading By Example Award – Kiana Easton Skinner, customer success team leader
- The Spirit of Cox Award – Helen Tran, infrastructure support
- Innovation Award – Brenton Barnes, performance improvement manager
- Doing The Right Thing Award – Lauren Joyce & operations wa team
- Collaboration Award – LeadDriver product launch team
- Safety Award – The Darwin team
- Team Of the Year Award – Brisbane recertification team
- Finance Award – Perth team
- Performance Excellence Award – Industrial team
