ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) – Do you know her?

On Monday, April 29, during the afternoon, a woman burglarized a vehicle in the District of Rock Island, while the victim was asleep inside of his car, police said. The window to the car was open and the woman reached in and stole the man’s wallet that had credit cards and cash inside of it.
