Crowds pack 17th annual Aurora health fair

Mutual Ground Inc., Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois and the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin were among the vendors on hand at the Aurora African American Health Coalition’s 17th annual health fair on the morning of Saturday, March 23.

The free public event was held at Prisco Community Center in Aurora.

The fair featured vendor information booths and free health screenings with physicians and nurses available to answer general questions. Additions were children’s activities, a light breakfast and snacks.
