Chouteau artist Larry Neel used highlighters to add brilliance and mystery to an art work.

“It could be a sunset, then again, it could be a fire starting,” Neel said. “The highlighters come in and get the brilliance. Most yellow paints don’t have the fire that the highlighters do.”
