LCPS school garden program helps students learn the art of the green thumb while also producing organic, fresh produce that’s served at school cafeterias. Pictured are Kameron Bolling and Michael Sprouse.
The LCPS garden project partners with Louisa 4-H. It started in 2011 with 11 raised beds at Moss-Nuckols Elementary and has now grown to include all four elementary schools in Louisa with 40 garden beds. Pictured is Uriah Wilson.
