MIDWAY — A love for shopping but objections to high prices played a part in Carrie Kiger’s decision to open a new boutique in Midway.

“It’s something I have always wanted to do,” said the Winston-Salem native, who now lives in the Yadkin College community of northwestern Davidson County. “I enjoy shopping, buit I like finding deals. Now I can find deals for others.”
