The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly canal car crash that killed two passengers in Immokalee.

FHP reported the crash late Monday occurring at 732 Lauren Lane, where three people inside a single vehicle were discovered inside a canal.

A two-year-old child was transported to North Collier Hospital and was later pronounced deceased.

An adult male passenger was transported to the Gulf Coast Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

The driver was reported to not have any injuries.

The details of the crash are currently being investigated.
