SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A 24-year-old man has been killed after a car crash on Clark Road at 2:27 a.m. on Sunday, May 26.

Both cars were traveling east on Clark Road approaching Catamaran Drive when one driver rear-ended the man driving in front.

After the crash, the male driver drove off the road, colliding with a street light and fence, ejecting him from his car where he was pronounced dead.

The crash remains under investigation.
