Romanza’s relaxed modern design for Residence 302, a three-bedroom, three-bath model with 2,414 square feet on the third floor, features blue backgrounds with white, gold, rich woods and jewel tones and the sparkle of acrylic, glass and metallic surfaces. Furniture and accents combine organic shapes and sleek contemporary forms while wallcovering and fabric patterns mimic the interplay of light and water.
