Disney Branded Television has announced a slate of new and returning animated kids’ content for Disney+, Disney Jr., and Disney Channel ahead of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
The programming includes the new Disney Jr. series Sam Witch, created by Mia Resella and produced by Brown Bag Films; and the holiday special Dasher from Trustbridge Entertainment and 9 Story Media Group, which will stream on Disney+ and air on Disney Jr. during the 2026 holiday season. Miraculous Stellar Force was acquired from Miraculous Corp and serves as the first original spin-off for the Miraculous franchise.
Also announced were the renewal of top streaming preschool series Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends Season 6, SuperKitties Season 4, Disney Jr. Ariel – The Little Mermaid Season 2, and RoboGobo Season 2.
The original shorts slate will include a fourth season of the kids’ series Chibiverse, as well as preschool-focused shorts and music videos Disney Jr. Ariel – The Little Mermaid: Songs from the Crystal Cavern, Playdate with Winnie the Pooh Season 3, and Me & Mickey: In the Clubhouse+, an extension of the Me & Mickey Disney Jr. vlog series. Two holiday sing-along stop-motion shorts, Mickey & Minnie’s Holiday Songs: Halloween and Mickey & Minnie’s Holiday Songs: Christmas round out the lineup.

Also revealed were first looks at the upcoming Disney+ series Dragon Striker, which will be featured in a Studio Focus panel at Annecy on June 10, as well as Season 2 of SuperKitties: Su-Purrr Adventures, an original short series inspired by the preschool series SuperKitties.
