DIY An Enchanting Flower Chandelier With This Must-Try Pool Noodle Hack

To carry out this DIY chandelier hack, you’ll need a structure to act as the base. You can find a 14 ¼-inch metal wreath form at Dollar Tree. If you want to use materials you already have around the house, you can repurpose an old hula hoop in place of a wreath form. Pool noodles are also available at Dollar Tree.

Begin by cutting a hollow pool noodle down the center. Although a utility knife offers the most even line when cutting a pool noodle, you won’t see the noodle once complete, so scissors are perfect for this project. Wrap the pool noodle around the base. Unleash Creativity used zip ties to secure the noodles, but you can also use twine, wire, or even tape. Once your entire base is covered, spray paint it green or wrap it with green ribbon to blend with the foilage you’ll add. Be sure to paint your wreath in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.

Once the base is dry, wrap it with artificial ivy and your choice of flowers. Attach flowers like roses or carnations to the base and let draping flowers like lavender or wisteria hang down. You can also adorn the chandelier with hanging beads like these for $15 on Amazon or large decorative crystals like these on Amazon for less than $10. Battery-operated fairy lights make an enchanting addition. Walmart has a 50-count strand for $6. Finally, secure rope, chain, or ribbon to hang your one-of-a-kind chandelier for use in your house, at parties, and more.
