Tish Cyrus, the mother of Miley Cyrus, is now engaged to Dominic Purcell, who was on the TV show Prison Break. This comes a year after her split from Billy Ray Cyrus was finalized.

On April 29, 2023, Tish shared this news with pictures of the two of them holding hands. The first picture in the carousel is a close-up of Cyrus’ square-cut engagement ring. The second picture is of Cyrus and Purcell in a loving hug.

She also wrote “A thousand times… YES” as the post’s description and tagged the British-Australian actor.

The news comes seven months after Tish’s ex-boyfriend Billy Ray started rumors in September 2022 that he was engaged to Australian singer Firerose. Two months later, the rumors were proven.

Soon after, Tish, who was 55, and Purcell, who was 53, went public with their relationship on Instagram in November 2022. Since then, they haven’t been afraid to show their love for each other in public and on social media.

A few days before they said they were getting married, Purcell posted a picture of her and her lady love on Instagram and gave her a sweet shout-out. Purcell wrote in the post’s description, “Punching way above my weight – yep absolutely, I’m a lucky bastard. She’s the best human ever. Love ya love.”

Earlier this year, rumors suggested the two rapidly progressed toward a serious relationship. “Things couldn’t be going better for Tish and Dominic,” a source told Us Weekly in February. “Tish truly feels like she found her soulmate.”
