BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Doylestown man, 20, was arrested at about 10:30 p.m. Nov. 10 after leading police on a high-speed vehicle chase in a stolen car, then crashing the car.

Police initially noticed the man’s Ford Escape southbound on Smith Road near Brookpark Road. They checked the car’s registration and learned the vehicle had been stolen in Wayne County.

Police tried to pull over the car after it turned westbound onto Hummel Road near Delores Boulevard. The man sped away and turned eastbound onto Snow from Five Points Road, jumping over a curb in the process.
