Owner Bren McManamon was inspired to do something special for customers after attending the fight the other night.
“I went to the fight and I was so impressed with Katie; it was absolutely unbelievable,” he said.
“Everyone was singing her praises, and we’ve had a great bit of craic handing the coffees out – people were pretending to be called Katie and using any name close to Katie.”
