In September, 121 Greek companies took part in prominent fashion exhibitions around the world, supported by Enterprise Greece. The events included Who’s Next – Bijorhca Paris 2024, Milano Fashion and Jewels – Micam Milano 2024, and Coterie – Magic New York 2024, ANA reports.
Specifically, according to an announcement from Enterprise Greece, the exhibitions are as follows:
The Who’s Next – Bijorhca exhibition was held from September 8 to 10, 2024, at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center, showcasing the latest collections in fashion and jewelry. Over 1,200 brands participated, with Greece securing second place among countries with the highest representation, featuring 54 Greek companies.
The Milano Fashion and Jewels – Micam Milano combined fashion and jewelry artistry with innovative shoe designs and took place from September 14 to 17 at the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition center. The event attracted 40,950 visitors from 140 countries, with Greece represented by 46 companies.
At the Javits Center in New York, Coterie –Magic highlighted the latest trends in luxury fashion and accessories, featuring prominent houses and emerging designers from around the globe. More than 950 brands participated in the COTERIE sector, along with over 340 companies in the MAGIC sector, including 21 Greek companies.
The announcement stressed a focus on sustainable fashion, as many Greek companies have adopted environmentally friendly practices, utilizing eco-friendly materials and ethical production processes.
