Idaho Dance Theatre presents: “Legacy,” Nov. 7-9 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. at Boise State University’s Special Events Center, 1800 W. University Dr. Park at the Lincoln Garage on the corner of University Drive and Lincoln. Tickets available at www.idahodancetheatre.org and at the Special Events Center Box Office an hour before each performance. Discounted tickets for students, seniors, military. General admission for Thursday’s Preview Night is $20 and GA for Friday through Sunday shows is $30. Premiere Seating is $40 and student/senior military tickets are $15.

“Legacy” features works from IDT’s lineage and showcases the rich history of Idaho Dance Theatre through a journey of emotion and movement. It is IDT’s 36th Season opener and features iconic works, including “Fractured Silence,” choreographed by Marla Hansen with music composed by David Alan Earnest. According to a press release about the event, this piece was originally created in collaboration with Earnest in 2009. “We are so excited and grateful to share it with you again in memory and celebration of Dave and all he gave to the world.” (David Alan Earnest, May 11,1960 – Aug. 24, 2024.)
