KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON is a powerful, well acted historical drama based on the tragic true story of how white Americans murdered and robbed native Americans of the Osage tribe in the early 1920’s. The Osage people owned hugely profitable oil fields in Oklahoma that whites were determined to control by any means whatsoever. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, and Lily Gladstone, all of whom turn in exceptional performances. The only problem is that the movie is too long—3 hours and 26 minutes with no intermission. (In theaters)
