Dozens of people are reported killed after a blast at the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, the Hamas-run health ministry has said.

The ministry blamed Israeli air strikes, but the Israeli military has not yet commented.

The refugee camp is in northern Gaza – an area where Israel has told people to leave for their safety.
