Express Chief Financial Officer Jason Judd is retiring, effective Friday.

The clothing retailer said Judd, who also serves as senior vice president and treasurer, notified the company of his plans on Nov. 6. Judd is resigning to pursue another opportunity and isn’t the result of any disagreements between the two sides, according to a regulatory filing.

Mark Still will serve as interim CFO and treasurer, in addition to his role as senior vice president, brand finance and planning & allocation, when Judd’s resignation goes into effect.
