FAIR HILL — Lisa Watt is the new Director of Operations for the Fair Hill Nature Center and she’s been busy heading the popular events for the center north of Elkton, but also introducing new events such as the Fair Hill Arts Festival to be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and 10-3 Sunday.
