Chef Josh Bela and Chef Erica loyal will be competing. Head to head elevating some classic fast food dishes. Can our chefs recreate their favorite on the go meals? Let’s find out I’m your host. You know the blue bearded foodie and this is Plate of Baltimore. I got some golden potatoes, salt, pepper oil, *** little bit of ancho chili powder and I’m gonna make *** cobbled potatoes. Once cooking started, I was just focused on checking off my checklist. If I stick to that list, everything should be good. Next, I’m making old bay and vinegar chips. So for my entree, I’m gonna make *** spicy chicken sandwich. I wanted to make *** burger at first, but then I felt like *** burger would be too simple. What I have to do first is put some grilled meals on this chicken. It’s gonna be spicy. All right, chefs, we are down to 30 minutes. 30 not *** lot of minutes. It’s not *** lot of minutes that Robo cut me up, man. I’m not gonna finish. They turned out pretty good. I’m happy about how they look. I don’t think I’ve ever had fast food. That is this fancy 32 panda. I need *** hug after that cow. Who? That was crazy. I am exhausted. I got it done and I’m very proud of myself looking at my dishes. I feel *** little bit disappointed. It’s up to the judges now at this point. Thank you for watching WB *** LTV 11 News. Get caught up on local news originals and more.
