According to OHP, the driver of a Ford F-150 crossed US-283 and lost control on the gravel after crossing US-283, causing the truck to depart the roadway to the right.

Investigators said the truck rolled two times before hitting a tree and coming to a stop.

The driver was reportedly pinned before being extricated by the Hurst tools.
