The Michigan high school boys tennis state finals are Friday and Saturday, with several new teams showing up on the final Michigan High School Tennis Coaches Association rankings of the 2023 season.

Ann Arbor Skyline, Rochester, Zeeland West, Pontiac Notre Dame Prep and Grand Rapids West Catholic appeared on the Top 10 lists in their respective divisions after regional tournament successes.
