Food bank receives large donation from Barboursville Target


CABELL COUNTY. W.Va. (WSAZ) – As work to demolish a portion of the Target location in Barboursville following a massive hillside slip continues, the company is giving away some of its food still sitting on shelves.

Facing Hunger Food Bank says it has received a large donation from the Barboursville Target.

The food bank serves 17 counties across the region.

The Target building was first closed on Feb. 2.

A hillside slip continued to worsen, forcing the store to close its doors.
