ROME — Gary and Sue Casella, of Taberg, are going into retirement with a dream venture.

A ribbon cutting ceremony took place Friday, April 12, for Casella’s Italian Kitchen, LLC., located at 829 Erie Blvd. W. Casella’s officially opened for business at 7 a.m. on Monday, April 15.
