S.C. Department of Revenue (DOR) agents arrested Debra Courtney, 63, of Wildwood Lane in Lugoff on 12 state tax offenses on Feb. 2 in connection with her past ownership of Gadgets of Lugoff.

According to a DOR press release issued Feb. 5, the offenses include on count of income tax evasion, two counts of failure to file and income tax return, three counts of liquor by the drink tax evasion, one count of failure to file a liquor by the drink tax return, three counts of sales tax evasion, one count of failure to file a sales tax return, and one count of failure to account for pay withholding tax.
