Frances Bean Cobain ties the knot with Riley Hawk in star-studded ceremony

In a stunning turn of events, Frances Bean Cobain, daughter of rock legends Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, and Riley Hawk, son of skateboarding icon Tony Hawk and Cindy Dunbar, have officially tied the knot.

The ceremony was nothing short of extraordinary. What makes this celebrity union even more remarkable is the fact that the wedding was officiated by none other than Frances’ godfather, the iconic R.E.M. frontman, Michael Stipe.

The lovebirds, Frances and Riley, have been very private about their relationship, but they went public with their romance in January 2022, though it’s believed they were dating for a year before the revelation.

This is Frances’ second venture into matrimony, having previously been married to musician Isaiah Silva.

Unfortunately, her first marriage ended in a messy divorce in 2017, marked by a dispute over her late father’s iconic 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic-electric guitar, famously used during Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged performance.

On the other hand, Riley Hawk follows in his famous father’s footsteps as a professional skateboarder and also leads the punk-metal band Warish. The band released their most recent album, “Next to Pay,” in April 2021.
