From live music to free flights, here’s how Georgia’s airports are celebrating Christmas

Many families will be flying this holiday season in order to visit family and friends. It’s one of the busiest times of the year and the airports know that. Here’s a look at what Georgia’s major ones are doing to celebrate Christmas and make the travel more fun:

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

At 11 a.m. Dec. 5, Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport will officially kick off the tree lighting in the Domestic Atrium featuring performances by local students. Passengers will also be gifted various travel tokens. Through out the season, passengers will be treated to singing, dancing, live music, and other entertainment from partner schools.

The airport also publishes an annual holiday gift guide that highlights the available shops as well as last-minute gift ideas. It’s available to read at online.flippingbook.com/view/1046473035/12/.
