FULTON — Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club members recently volunteered at OCO Nutrition Services in Mexico. During the visit, OCO Nutrition Services employees explained the Home Delivered Meals Program, which is available to Oswego County seniors 60 and older.

Together we packed 250 Blizzard Bags, which will be distributed to participants in the senior program. The bags will offer a bit of visual cheer to the folks receiving them. Each one is beautifully decorated with greetings and winter-themed artwork created by local children.
