The June Tomkyns Salon and Academy was abuzz with energy, creativity, and world-class talent as it hosted an exclusive series of hairstyling seminars in collaboration with Gamma+ recently. Australian hairstylists Aidan Sloan and Luke Kelso shared their technical excellence with the audience. The seminars were also graced by Jackson Sloan and the entire Gamma+ team, led by Carmelo Francese and ably supported by Shivani Randive. Together, they helped deliver a series of transformative, hands-on workshops that left participants inspired.

These four-hour intensive sessions were immersive educational experiences tailored for professional barbers and hairstylists eager to refine their techniques and explore new trends. With only 20 participants per session, the seminars offered an intimate, focused learning environment where attendees received personalised guidance.

Throughout the week, participants explored a range of contemporary haircuts and styling techniques, including the mid-skin fade, fade with diffused curls, drop fade with side part, burst fade, and taper fade. Each style was dissected with precision, allowing attendees to understand not just the ‘how’ but the ‘why’ behind every technique.
