This summer, George Fox University students will begin recording interviews with longtime local residents in an effort to preserve the oral history of Newberg.

The digital humanities project is funded by a grant from the Council of Independent Colleges’ Humanities Research for the Public Good program, which is passing through a grant from the Mellon Foundation.
