Following his admission of lying, Theresa Nist has been forced to reconsider her decision to marry ‘golden bachelor’ Gerry Turner.
Last month, the famous pair got engaged in front of the entire world on the reality show The Golden Bachelor.
However, the financial services professional was “shocked” when the 72-year-old bachelor admitted to having been romantically engaged with a “number of women” after his wife died in 2017.
Turner earlier stated that he has been living a lonely, single life for the preceding six years.
A source told Life & Style, “He’s been caught lying, and people are telling Theresa to think twice.”
They added that Theresa’s well-wishers “are stressing the importance of having a prenup,” as they prepare for their January wedding next year.
The retired restaurateur was initially revealed by his ex-girlfriend in a November post on The Hollywood Reporter.
The woman, who went by the alias Carolyn, said that the former pair not only began a love relationship shortly after Turner’s wife died, but also moved in together in the lake property the widower bought for his late wife.
