At the fashion-focused event, the 27-year-old supermodel strutted her thing in a strapless corset top and a low-rise black skirt.

She accessorized with three strands of pearls around her neck and a black mesh overlay that flared into a daring train.

Hadid’s eighth time at the annual fashion event, she wore a pair of sheer gloves, simple stud earrings, and black stilettos.

She gave her blonde hair long waves that looked like mermaid hair.

Karl Lagerfeld, the iconic fashion designer who passed away in 2019 at the age of 85, is being honored at this year’s Met Gala, and Hadid’s unforgettable ensemble would have made him proud.

The mother of one was close friends with the late Chanel designer. She was on the May issue of Vogue in his honor, along with Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner, Amber Valletta, and others.

Hadid shared pictures with Lagerfeld before the Met Gala that showed how excited she was about the event’s theme.

The outfit she’s wearing tonight is similar to the bold Versace dress she wore to last year’s dinner. She wore a red latex catsuit under a big puffer coat with a train at that event.
