
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – The investigation into a hit-and-run in Gainesville is entering a new week.
Gainesville police say a light-colored, 4-door car, hit the back of a scooter traveling west near Northeast 16th Avenue at 1:40 a.m. on Monday, November 13th.
The victim had a laceration to the head and was taken to the hospital, but police say the injury was not life-threatening.
Officials say the car likely has damage to the front bumper or above the passenger side’s tire.
