Here at the Town Common in Downtown Greenville, preparations are being made for the 18th annual Pirate Fest.
Pirates from all over Eastern Carolina are gathering at this park on First Street.
It’ll be here Saturday starting at 11 in the morning until 7 that night.
Executive Director of the Downtown Greenville Partnership, Troy Dreyfus, is in charge of Pirate Fest, and he tells me this is the biggest one yet.

Some of the entertainment will include sword fighting and sea shanties.
