Kevin McKidd and his ex-wife Arielle Goldrath McKidd have reached an agreement on the terms of their divorce more than a year after filing.

According to People, the Grey’s Anatomy star and Arielle have struck an uncontested written agreement regarding the equal distribution of their property, child custody, and maintenance.

Goldrath initially filed for divorce from the actor in December 2022, citing irreconcilable differences.

The divorce was finalized in June 2023.

The former couple married in 2017 and have two children together: Aiden, 4, and Nava, three.

McKidd announced their split in a lengthy Instagram post in July, writing: “We reached this conclusion after much soul searching and discussion. We know it’s what is right for both of us.”

He promised to continue showing up for each other regardless of their marital status, gushing about being “this blessed to raise their kids with one of your very best friends.”

The Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief actor is currently romantically involved with Danielle Savre, who stars in the Grey’s spinoff Station 19.

The couple were first seen together in June 2022.
